2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Spain (Peninsula): 12–15 business days
Balearic Islands: 12–15 business days
European Union: 12–15 business days
United Kingdom: 12–15 business days
United States: 12–15 business days

Shipping directly from the factory in the People's Republic of China.

These delivery times may vary during periods of high demand (sales, special campaigns) or due to external factors (transport, customs, etc.).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Shipping Methods

Shipments are made through courier companies such as:

DHL or other logistics providers.

The customer will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

6. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the user will receive an email with the tracking number to check the shipment status.
